Another painting for the group show I am participating in next month.

I’m procrastinating here on this lazy Saturday morning. I want to write, as I have a word count to hit. Yet I am not feeling all that motivated to write. I feel right now the story I am writing is losing momentum, or maybe I am. I will not bore you today with my thoughts on writing 50k in a month, instead I will open the file and try to up my word count a little, so that I could get just slightly closer to that goal.

Next month I will be taking part in a group show called Play Child Play over at the Effe Leven Gallery in Chicago. I haven’t really talked about it too much here, as I have been really busy trying to get the paintings done for it. Also getting them framed, and all the other little stuff that goes along with getting artwork ready for a show. It is a lot of work. It is almost done though, all that is left is to drop them off. This is one of the paintings I did for that show…
