I ate way to much this past weekend. Everyday seemed to be a feast for the masses. It is actually rather nice to be able to scale back my eating to normal everyday food again. My fourth of July was fun, just wish it was a whole lot warmer so I could have actually used the slip n slide I worked so hard to find! Guess it will just have to get some use later this summer.

I don’t seem to have much to write as of lately, not a whole lot going on over here. Been working my butt off on getting some paintings done for Wine Bar show in September. Slowly taking some steps toward getting my art out there into the world for others to share. It is exciting that this year is bringing some interesting twists and turns. Good and bad alike, but all part of the storyline.

Well I am enjoying my rainy Monday with a good book, and some coffee. I think I won’t do anything much today. It is nice to be able to have some days like that.
