Back at It

I knew it had been a long time since I had spent any time in my studio, but when I decided to go do some drawing down in my studio this is what I found…

Yup a Christmas tree monoprint from my cards I had been working on well over a month ago. What is sad is that this was the only painting I did in December. I have a plan to change that starting today.

My pencils are sharpened, and I have begun sketching ideas for paintings that will be brought into existence very soon!

    I like to think that all the time spent OUT of our studios is time spent filling our creative wells so to speak, whether we are aware of it or not. Thank you for this honest peek into your studio! I pop in here now and then, and your card from art nite @ squam peeps it’s bright pink blossom at me from a shelf in my studio. . . when I make it back in there. ;o)
