A Perfect Day

Blank canvas, brushes and paints ready to go…

It’s a painting picnic, with hornets, bugs and freshly cut grass!

I have been taking my sweet time fixing the light fixture in my studio but have been itching to paint for days. It was such a beautiful sunny day out so I decided to have a painting picnic for myself. Though it isn’t quite that hot out I am enjoying the cooler weather that is signaling autumn is on its way. I need to do this more often before it gets way to cold to do anything outside. Other than some random city noises it was a nice quiet afternoon.
